CASHASH LLC d/b/a STRETCHABILITY.CO ("StretchAbility," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your data. It applies to all information collected through stretchability.co and through our client intake process.
StretchAbility operates in compliance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable federal privacy standards. By using our website or providing us with your information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
What we collect.
Information you provide directly:
When you complete our Health Intake Form, Release of Liability Waiver, or Media & Story Consent Form, we collect your name, date of birth, contact information (email, phone, address), emergency contact information, health and medical history you voluntarily disclose, session goals and preferences, and your digital signature. This information is required to deliver safe and personalized stretch therapy sessions.
Information collected automatically:
When you visit stretchability.co, we may collect basic website usage data including pages visited, time spent on the site, and device type. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your personal identity.
Session observation data:
With your consent, StretchAbility may document observations from your sessions — including presenting conditions, techniques used, and client-reported outcomes — as part of our ongoing observational research on the Obaji Method. This data is used internally to improve our method and may be used in anonymized, aggregated research. It is never shared in a form that identifies you personally without your explicit written consent.
How We Use Your Information
How we use your data.
We use your personal information solely for the following purposes: to deliver safe and personalized assisted stretch therapy sessions, to communicate with you regarding appointments, to fulfill our legal obligations including maintaining signed waivers and consent records, to conduct anonymized observational research on the Obaji Method, and to send you service-related communications you have requested.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. Ever.
Data Storage & Security
How we protect it.
All personal and health information collected by StretchAbility is stored securely using encrypted digital storage. Access to client records is restricted to Ash Obaji and, as the company grows, to authorized StretchAbility practitioners on a need-to-know basis. We do not store raw health data in publicly accessible systems.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, StretchAbility will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act within the legally required timeframe.
We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active client and for a period of five years after your last session, after which records are securely deleted unless required to be retained by law.
Health Information
Your health data is sensitive.
Health and medical information you share with StretchAbility through our intake forms is classified as sensitive personal information under Florida law. It is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering safe stretch therapy sessions and is never disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent. StretchAbility does not share health information with insurance companies, employers, other healthcare providers, or any other entity without your authorization.
Your rights.
You have the right to request access to the personal information StretchAbility holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your personal information (subject to our legal retention obligations), and to withdraw consent for research participation at any time without affecting the quality of your sessions.

Cookies & Tracking
stretchability.co does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Basic analytics may be used to understand how visitors use the site. These analytics do not identify you personally.
Minors
StretchAbility collects health information about minor clients (under age 18) only with explicit parental or guardian consent provided through our intake and waiver process. Health data relating to minors is subject to the same protections as adult client data and is never shared without explicit written parental consent.
Changes to This Policy
StretchAbility may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email.
