StretchAbility's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Cancellation & Refund Policy​​​​

Cancellation & refund policy.

Individual sessions:
Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or complimentary reschedule. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or where the client does not appear without prior notice, will be charged in full with no refund.

Packages and memberships:
Clients who purchase a session package or membership may request a full refund on unused sessions within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 3 calendar days, all package and membership purchases are final and non-refundable.

How to cancel:
To cancel a session or request a refund, contact Ash Obaji directly at ash@stretchability.co or call (812) 549-9993. Per the FTC click-to-cancel rule, if online booking is available, online cancellation will be available through the same interface.

Governing Law​​​​

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in your signed Release of Liability Waiver, or if no waiver is in effect, through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

Changes to These Terms​​​​

StretchAbility reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
